A stormy debate occurred in the" Greek Chamber, arising: out of the recent rioting at Athens. The members of tho Opposition called -Theotolcis in assassin. He declared he made every effort to prevent the riots. The troops fired their rifles into the air, and relied on their revolvers only. At this point Theotolris burst into tears and fainted.
Confidence in the Ministry was voted by 109 to 86, but Theotolcis resigned. M. Zannis, ex-Premier, has formed a Ministry.
