At the half-yearly meeting of the Bank of New South .Wales the net profits for the half-year were declared to be which, with the undivided balance last year, gives .£131,543 for distribution. A dividend of 10 per cent per annum was declared,- .£20,000. was added "to the reserve, and .£11,543 " carried forward. 'The report. refers to the exceedingly- satisfactory business done in New Zealand.
