A Hunter means a horse whose Jwnor can produce at the scales a certificate from the Master of any Hunt Club that the horse has been ridden to hounds during the past season to the satisfaction, of the Master, and has neither won nor is nominated at date qf entry for a race of over £40, Hack and Hunter races excepted. • 3.
