FIGHTING GOING ON WITHIN PEKIN.
7000 MANCHUBIANS DISPEESED BY RUSSIANS.
Received August 22, at 9.25 a.m. HONG KONG, August 21. Famine and drought, combined with the hostility of the Mahommedans in tho Sbsns district, render it doubtful whother an Imperial Court can be established at Sianfu. In response to the appeals of 400 Italians, a detachment of Germans is making a forced march from Tientsin to Pekin. According to Italian official reports, fighting is going on within Pokin. On Saturday, the Russians, under General Orloff, after severe fighting, occupied Meducei, Manchuria, dispersing 7000 Manchurian troops.
