General lan Hamilton occupied Ghavtauck, in tho Rustenburg district (west of Pretoria), and captured two Krupp guns. Major-Goneral Paget occupied Waterval, north of Pretoria. Six hundred and eighty-four Boers in tho Harrismith district (eastern Orange Free State) surrendered to LieutenantGeneral Rundle. Tho enteric enquiry commission will be composed of medicos. Tho Boers captured. 52 of the Kimberloy Hounted Infantry at Klcrksdorp on July 25th, and 14 of the Seaforth Highlanders at Reitfontein on Thursday last.
