WESTINGHOUSE BRAKE TO BE . INTRODUCED. CONCENTRATION OF DEPARTMENTS IN CENTRAL BUILDING. (Per United Press Association^ ■ WELLINGTON, January 22. The Cabinet this morning decided to introduce the Westinghouse brake on the Government railways, beginning with the North Island lines. At present the railway officers are scattered \n various buildings over the city, and tho Cabinet has decided to concentrate" the departments m a central building on a site near the Government railway station.
