Tasmania having agreed to revert to the old book po3t rates, instructions latnly issued have been cancelled, and the rates remain as shown in the Postal Guide. Book post rates for Tasmania are now the same as that for Queensland for any weight not exceeding 6oz, 3d; every additional 2oz or fraction thereof Id.
