WELLINGTON, January 20. An enthusiastic meeting on the subject of Wellington taking a share in the third Contingent was held last night. It was decided to ask the Mayor to call a public meeting. Twenty-nine men volunteered in (he room, and one gentleman piomiscd .£25 to tho fund.
