Richard John Larking, Clyde quay, 1421. John Johnson, Clyde quay, 1420. Warwick Wilson, Terrace School, 1390. Mumphrey O'Leaiy, Masteiton, 1339. Elsie Margaret Bolhnger, Omata, 1303. The 'maximum of marks obtainable i was 2000. Five other /-andidates obtained I ibovo 60 per cent, of full marks, and may therefore bo deemed worthy of honourable mention. They are 1 — George Walter Reid, Terrace. School, 1310. David Alfred Crawford, District High School, Hokitika, 1293. Lolias Grace Sarton, Girls' High School, Wanganui, 1288.
