Tasmania having agreed to revert to the old book post rates, inatructions lately issued have been cancelled, and the rates remain aa Bhown in the Postal Guide, Book post rate 3 for Tasmania are now the same aa that for Queensland for any weight not exceeding (ioz, 3d; every ad' i ditional 3oz or fraction thereof ld._
