FREEMAN R. JACKSON AND CO.'S STOC KBEPOET. We have to report a small saie at St. '• Hill Street yesterday, the cattle being a , sparse entry. Inquiries exist for steere and young cattle generally. Sheen, though required, steadied somewhat m price, but no material decline in value can be reported. We quote: — Cattle— -20 months steers, £3; 15, months steers and heifers, £2 17s; 18 months heifers, £2 17s; yearling steers, " 39s 6d. ' _j_ Sheep — Shorn ewes, with, woolly lambs, 6s (all counted) ; aged store ewes,' 5s 9d ; prime fat wethers, 11s Id tp 11s 4d ; fat wethers, 10s Id to 10s 7d ; primo fat ewes, 9s to 9s 7d; fat ewes, Ss to 8s 3d. Pigs — Very dull, at lower rates'. "
