BOER, SPIES DRESS AS HIGHLANDERS. A BOER CAMP DISPERSED. CAPETOWN, January 15. Major-General Wood has occupied Zoutspan Dnit (between Oolesberg and Kimbcrley), tne first post in the enemy's country. Boer spies, dressed as Highlanders, are reconnoitring on the Modder River. The fifteen pounders which were dragged to the top of Cole's Kop, near Kensburg (south of the Orange Free State) quickly had the effect of clearing out the enemy's camp, three miles off.
