Kitchen (Mr Gordon) v J. Grimes, £2 8s 6d, costs 17s. A. Boyd (Mr Gordon) v W. J. Wyhc, A^Hatrickand Co. (Mr Marshall) v W. Hirst, £6 13s Id, costs 20s 6d. Borlaso and Uarnicoat (Mr Borluse) v A. G. Walkins, A3 12s, costs 23s 6d. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. F. W. Smith (Mr Gordon) v W. H. Thomson, claim JJIO Bs,: amount ordered to be paid by instalments of 10 por mouth. „ -n \ ■ D. McFarlauc (Mr Watt) v S. Robnison, claim .£3 4s; amount to be paid within 14 days, in dehiult »e\cn days' imprisonment. S. G. Harris v. G. Gee, cl.urn A3, by consent, ordered to pay £1 per month. D. Jones (Mr Gordon') v. H. Titshall, claim £i 18s for rent. The summons was dismissed, it not being proved that the debtor had means to pay.
