WANT OF ACCOMMODATION.
The inadequacy of the hotel and boardinghousc accommodation of Wangauui in being seriously folt just now, as every hotel and private boarding establishment in thc_ town has its Full complement of visitors, many of whom have to put up with "shake-downs," whilst others arc obliged to go outside the borough, and get accommodation at Aromoho ant) Castlocliff. At surh a time as tho present, when for a fortnight there will bo a carnival of sport of different kinds, tho want of hotel accommodation is a great drawback to tho town, and tends to keep many intending visitors from coming to Wanganui at holiday time. This is not as it should bo, and the sooner the requirements and comfort of the visiting^public are propeily provided for in Wanganui, Hie bettor it will be for the place, «s a great deal of money which would be spent here is kept away by the insufficient hotel accommodation at the dispota.l of would-be visitors.
