BRITISH WARSHIPS AT THE PHILIPPINES.

London, July 2.
Four British warships are at present at Manila, and the commander at Hong Kong has received orders to reinforce them if necessary.
Another Spanisn Governor Captured.
50 Spanish Troops also Taken Prisoners.
A force of Philippine rebels captured the governor of the province of Bulacau.
The Bhip Bohul, while landing a detaohnient of 50 Spanish troops, was also captured.
