AN observing wheelman, in speaking about riders, stated tho other day that "moro real knowledgo of Victor mechanism is possessed by riders of Victor and Victoria wheols than is shown by owners of any other make." And there's sound reason for it. The oloser the Victor or Viotoria is examined, and the more intelligence and knowledge brought to bear in the examination of it, the surer we are to sell it. One of the travelling men of this firm vißited 75 Victor agencies, in which 149 other wheels were carried in stock. In these 75 agencios 185 men were employed, including repairer men, clerks etc. Of these 186 men, 147 rode Victors. This is evident that men who havean opportunity to compare the merits of different bicycles are quick to recognise tho superiority of Victor grade.
