Tho mileage to Wellington and adjacent stations will be computed by way of the shorter route, so that the fares viaWaira rapa will not exceed the fares to the same stations via Wellington and Manawatu Railway. Tickets will only bo available by the route for which they are issued. The journey must be commenced on the day of issue, but may be broken after travelling 25 miles. TheExcuision Tickets will be extensible for a fuither period uf 14 days on usual conditions. For fuither particulars see posters at stations.
