Sheriff were sold at satisfactory prices, We have enquiries for vaoant town sections, and for partly improved small farms. Large farms are dull of sale,

Our stook sale at Fordell on Thursday, was not a sucqess, and although we offered some good lines, vendors and purchasers failed to agree. We. are asked to state that several lines advertised failed to come forward, a,a they wore not dipped, owing to the faot that the owners had not sufficient water available. The late frosty mornings and shortness of grass also militated against buyers operating. Our next sale at Fordell take 3 place on April 28th.
