AN observing wheelman, in speaking about riders, stated the other day ' that "more real knowledge of Victor mechanism is possessed by riders of Victor and Victoria wheels than is shown by owners of any other make." And there's sound reason for it. When any ono goes into a Victor agency and wants to know the " why " of Victor superiority, he or she will be shown every bit of the machine — in the rough and in the completed atate, and the reasons for each, feature are given. The closer the Victor or Victoria is examined, and the more intelligence and knowledge brought to bear in the examination of it, the surer we are to sell it. One of the tiavelling men of this firm visited 75 Victor agencies, in which 149 other wheels were carried in stepk, In ( these 75 agencies 185 men were employed, including repairer men, olerks etc. Of j these 180 men, 147 rode Victors.
