Entrios for Cash and Amateur Cycling Events must be made upan the respective entry forms, such forms to be obtained from the Secretary. All competitors (Running and Cycling) must send in, together with nominations, a correct record of performances for the two years previous to nominating. If no performances during that period, last three to bo enclosed Cyclists MUST state weight anil gearing of machines. Competitors must be clothed in proper athletic costume, i.e., aleevod jersey and knickers. Entries must disclose correct names of nominators. Disqualifications for breaches of Rules will be enforced. All competitors nominated allowed use of Grounds for training puiposes until date of Sports. Luncheon, Aftornoon Tea, &0., &c, on tho grounds at town prices.
