AH competitors (Running and Oywng) must send in, together with nominations a correct record of performances for the two years previous to nominating. If no performances during that period, last three to bo enclosed. Cyclists MUST state weight and gearing of machines. Competito-s must be clothed in proper athletic costume, i.e., sleeved jersey and knickers. Entries most disclose correct names of nominators. Disqualifications for broaches of Rules will bo enforced. All competitors nominated allowea use of Grounds for training purposes until dato of Sports. Luncheon, Afternoon Tea, &c, Sec, on the grounds at town puces.
