LIFE WAS A MISERY.
Edeu-st., Adamstown, Newcastle, Ist March, 1898. Dear Sins,— l have been a great sufferer from Indigestion and Piles from which complaints I could got no relief. I could not sleep soundly, and became very much depressed in spirits.
