AH competitors (Running aud Cycling) must send in, together with nominations, a correct record of performances for tho two years previous to nominating. If no performances during that period, last three to be enclosed. Cjclists MUST state weight and gearing of machines. Competitors must be clothed in proper athletic costume, i.e., sleeved Jersey and knickers. Entries must disclose correct names of nominators. Disqualifications for breaches of Rules will be enforced. All competitors nominated allowed use of Grounds for training purposes until date of Sports. Luncheon, Afternoon Tea, &c, &c, on tho grounds at town prices.
