The War Scare Revived.
(By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.) (Per United Press Association,) (Eeeoived Maroh 24, at 0 a.m.) Washington, Maroh 23, The Maine report will be issued on Monday. A decided revival of tho war scare has taken place. At Washington, Hall, chairman of the Senate's Naval Committee, Btated that war was inevitable. The impression prevails that President MoKinley will be compelled to intervene decisively in order to relieve the terrible sufferings of the non-combatants in Cuba. The House of Eepresentatlves has authorised the construction of three battleships, six torpedo destroyers, six torpedo boats, and five dry docks.
