AH competitors (Running and Cycling) must send in, together with nominations, a correct record of performances for the two years previous to nominating. If no performances during that period, last three to be enclosed, Cyclists MUST state weight and gearing of machines. Competitors must be clothed in proper athletio costume, i.e., sleeved jersey and kniokers. - — Entries must disclose correct names of nominators. Disqualifications for breaches of Rules will be enforced. AU competitors nominated allowed ugo of Grounds for training purposes until date of Sports.
