Entries for Cash aud Amateur Cyoling Events must be made upen the respective entry forms, such forms to be obtained from the Secretary. All competitors (Running and Cycling) must Bond in, together with nominations, a correot record of performances for the two years previous to nominating. If no performances during that period, last three to be enclosed, Cyclists MUST state woight and gearing of machines. Competitors must be clothed in proper athletic costume, i.e., sleeved jersey and knickers. Entries must disclose correct names of nominators. , Disqualifications for breaches of Rules will be enforced. All competitors nominated allowed use of Grounds for training purposes until date of Sports. Luncheon, Afternoon Tea, &c, <fco., on the grounds at town pricos.
