THE JUBILEE OF OTAGO.
Celebrations Commenced To-day.

Dunedin, March 23.
The weather is perfect. From an early hour this morning the streets weie full of people. It is estimated that Dunediu never before held so many people. Considering the great strain on the resources of the Railway Department it overtook the work of the week well. Fully 3000 arrived last night. Religious services were held in all the churches. The Governor attended Knos Church.
