Entries for all events close with the Secretary, George Tuffln, Post Office, Wanganui, on MONDAY, 28th March, at 8 p.m. Handicaps deolared and published hi the local papers on or about Saturday, 2nd April. Entries for Cash and Amateur Cyoling Events must be made upon the respeotive entry forms, such forms to be obtained from the Secretary. AU competitors (Running and Cycling) must send in, together with nominations, a correct record of performances for the two years previous to nominating. If no performances during that period, last three to be enclosed. Cyclists MUST state weight and gearing of machines. Competitors must be clothed in proper athletic costume, i.e., sleeved jersey and knickers. Entries must disclose correct names of nominators. Disqualifications for breaohes of Rules will be enforced. All competitors nominated allowed use 'of Grounds for training purposes until date of Sports. Luncheon, Afternoon Tea, 4c, &c, on the grounds at town prices. .
