Entries for Cosh and Amateur Cycling Events must be made upan the respective entry forms, such forms to be obtained from the Secretary. All competitors (Running and Cycling) must send in, together with nominations, a correct record of performances for tho two years previous to nominating. If no performances during that period, last three to be enclosed. Cyclists MUST state weight and gearing of machines. Competitors must bo clothed in proper athletio costumo, i.e., sleeved jersey and knickers. Entries most disclose correct names of nominators. Disqualifications for breaohes of Rules will be enforced. All competitors nominated allowed use of Grounds for training purposes until date of Sports. Luncheon, Afternoon Tea, Ac, &0., en the grounds at town prices.
