ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
(Per United Press Association.) Chbistchurch, March 17. A horse attached to a dogcart bolted, and when opposite the side-walk, where a little girl named Sparks, 2 years old, was standing, it fell over hor. The horse dragged her about a mile, and when picked up dead she was terribly mutilated.
