The Buxton, Ronald and Balme Co. and Jacomb Son and Co. offered catalogues aggregating 10,322 bales, comprising an excellent selection. There was a large attendance of Home and Continental buyers, but only a few American houses were represented. Prices for merinos were par to 5 per cent, above the closing rates of February. Faulties, scoured, showed the greatest rise. Medium low orossbred, par to 6 per cent lower ; finest crossbreds, 5 per cent higher.
