A Colonial Nayal Reserve.
(Received March 14 at 9.15 a.m.) London, March 13. Lord Charles Boresford, in the course of a speech delivered at a banquet, said the British Government ought to accept tho colonists' patriotic offer to establish a magnificent naval reserve of seamon.
