.-There was a large attendance of members at the annual meeting of the Kaierau Football Club last evening in the Borough Council Chambers, Mr J. Purnel) (vice-President) in the chair. Axnual Report: After the minutes had been read the secretary (Mr A. C. Hogg) read the annual report, in which reference was made to the success of the club last season. The seniors won the senior cup for the sixth time since the club's inauguration and tho juniors also appropriated the junior cup for the third time. Regret was expressed at the abandonment <of the third-class competitions, owing to the Kaieraus being the only nominators. The club has a credit balance of £H Vs t lOd, and nearly £20 is outstanding in subscriptions.
