Entries for Cash and Amateur Cycling Events must be made upon the respective entry forms, such forms to be obtained from the Secretary. All competitors (Running and Cycling) must send in, together with nominations, a correct record of performances for the two years previous to ribminatuig. If no performances during that period, last three to be enclosed. Cyclists MUST state weight and gearing of machines. Competitors must be clothed in proper athletic costume, i.c,, sleeved jeraov and knickers. Entries must disclose Correct names of nominators. Disqualifications fof breaches of Rules will be gnforoed, All competitors nominated allowed use of Grounds for training' purposes until date of Sports. Luncheon, Afternoon Tea, &c, &c, on tho grounds at town pl'ioes. Excursion Trains, North and South, delayed to suit the convenience of country visitors.
