General Fall in Stocks.

(By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.) (Per United P/ess Association.) (Recoivcd March 9 at 9.15 a.m.) London, March 8. Owing to tho unsettled condition of affairs abroad, serious perturbations have taken place in Wall-street circles, also on the Paris and London Stock Exchanges. Spanish stocks have fallen three per cent. ; consols a half per cent., and twenty colonial issues have fallen half to one per cent. The Queen has postponed her intended visit to tho Continent. Indisposition is given as the official reason for the postponement, but it is believed the real reason is the disturbed political outlook.
