Mt' Geddes suggests that the colonial Governments should secure the space in the fish market at Smithfield now vacant, which lie consideis well adapted for the display and sale of produce. Bi iilin, March 7. The Budget Committee of the Reichstag have decided that the naval programme must be completed within six months, in stead of seven years. In a great storm at Memel, on the shores of tho Baltic, a number of fishing vessels were driven ashore. Ten fishermen were drowned.
