The following officers wero elected :— President, Dr Hatberly; captsis, Mr H. Moclell; secretary and treasarer, Mr it. Neverman ; committee, Mesf ra D. Maloap, i. Hnlh^an, 0. VPoodn, 11, Woon and W. It is also pnpvided that no cash prim wharevpr ate tv bo given, winners being given an order to purchase any ai tide or trophy to tho valua of the prize won, with the privilege of adding money for the purchaso of a more valuable article.
