The students bioke out in viot and burned the American flag, in consequenco of which tho University has been closed. The Minister for the Colonies made an eloquent appeal for the neutrality of America in the Cuban dispute. Owing to disorder among tha inombei'3 tha President has compelled an adjournment of the Chamber. The extreme Opposition demand a recall of tbo troops and that tho Ministry bo impeached and military guards placed over the Parliament Buildings. The embassies havo lejaorted that President Cleveland has refused to recognise Cuban insurgents.
