To-day in the Supreme Court, in the case of Rimi Te Rio v. Cullinane judgment was given for the plaintiff for £75 damages for the con-repair of fences, and £65 for allowing the spread of gorse. In tho will case —Nixon v. Nixon — the Judge held that the sale of laud should be lef 6 to the discretion of the trustees with power to sell at any time ; also that the son be entitled to a conveyance over a portion of tho land which had been in the occupation of ths testator. The costs of the parties to he costs in the case.
