THE WANGANUI LOAN, FINANCE AND INVESTMENT COMPANY (Limited), s ISSUE OF RESERVED SHARES. THE nominal capital of above Company is divided into 10,000 shares of £5 each. The subscribed capital consists of a first issue' of 6000 shares, and a second issue of 2296 shares, all paid up to the extent of ,£2 10s per share, making the total paid-up capital £18,240. The Directors now invite applications for the balance of the second issue, which will be called up to the Bamo extent as the present shares, by monthly payments of 2s 6d per share. The Company has now been in existence nine years, paving an average dividend of 7i per oont, for the whole period.
