A " hack " means a liorao that has never ■won an advertised race, or is nominated for any race at tho time of start or for six months previous thereto, hack and hunters' excopted. 2. All races to be run undor Wanganui J.O. Rules, Jockejs to rulo in colours, to bo sent in at date of acceptanco or general entry. 3. No nomination or acceptanco wiil bo recoived undor any pretence whatever, unless actually accompanied by th,e necessary amounta payable. 4. Winners of the Bracelet to have the optidn of taking coin or the Bracelet. 5. Nominations for Handicap Hurdles, Sandon Handicap, Flying Stakes, and Tramway Handicap to be sealed, and muet be in the handa of tho Secretary before 9 o'clock on the ovening of SATURDAY, 21st February, 1891. All races to be run under the Wanganui Jockey Club Rules. Nominations for all racee, which must enclose name of horses, ago, pedigree, colours of rider, and name of owner, eloeo on Friday, Gth March, at 830 p.m., and ruust be uddreased to the Secretary, P.U., Feilding. Weights for tho FJ.C. Handicap and Flying Stakea will bo declared on or about 13th March ; and for the Hack Hurdles and Hack Flat, li miles, at 9.30 a.m. on the day of the races, at the Secretary's office, Forgusson Street, Feilding. Acceptances for F.J.C. Handicap and Flying Handicap close on FRIDAY, 20th March, at 8 30 p.m., and must be addreaacd to the Secretarc, P. 0., Feilding ; and ac'■eptancea for the Hack Hurdlea and Hack Flat, 1^ miles, must be declared to the Secretary at his oflice, as above, not later than 10,30 a.m. on tho morning of the caeca. This Club^deducts no commission for expenses, and pays amount of advertised , stakes in full.
