The cattle pens w«c well filled to day, but many of the steers werp both joung and light, and so barely fit for tho butcher. Fov best qualities tho market was firm at 14s the lOOlbs. Bidding was uot so brisk as at Waverley, but no sold nearly all out befoic the close of tho d.ij.
