Ho congratulated Sir Hairy Atkinson on his election to tho Speakership, and said that the policy disclosed by the Spooch was admirable Tho Hon. Mr Fiusor seconded the motion. Sheppard and Plmr.i7yn defended the appointments, which wero necessary lo enable the Council to carry oat tho work committed to it, Tho motion was agreod lo on Iho voices.
