AN ANGRY SCENE IN THE HOUSE.

Sidney, November 3.
The result of Mr Dibbs's motion of censure on the Government resulted in an angry Bcene in the House of Assembly. Mr Dibbs declared that he had arranged with Sir Hettry Parkes, tbe Premier, for an adjournment of the debate, and he accused tho Government of contemptible, scoundrelly, and porfidious oonduct. He also mentioned that on the strength of tho Premier's promise several members of the Opposition had left the House before the division took place. The Piemier gave an absolute denial to the statements of tho leader of the Opposition. It is understood that Mr Dibbs intends to move a dir6ct vote of consure in the Government on Tuesday.
