(By Eloctric Telegraph— Copyright.) (Per United Press Association.) Mbibouhne, October 31. In the House of Assembly, the want ofconfience motion tabled by Mr Munro has been carried by 55 to 85.
November 1.
Tho Ministry has resigned, and Mr Munro, Leader of the Opposition, has been summoned to form a new Government Thirty-six members who voted with the Into Government, have resolved to form a united Opposition parly under the leadership of Messrs Gillies and Deakin.
