PRINCE OF WALES' BIRTHDAY 9th NOVEMBER. The Post Office will observe a close holiday Mails usually despatched on Wednesday will close on Tuesday at 7.30 p.m., a public delivery will bo made over the connteron Tuesday evening from 1 to 8 o'clock. Telegraph hours 9 to 10 a.m. 7 to 8 p.m. Telephono Exchange will remain open as usual.
