It is quite on the cards now that the debate on the Financial Statement will be out unexpectedly abort, as in the event of no motion being propoied by the Opposition, members look on a diectusion as so much firing of blank cartridge without an oltimato object to be attained. Tha idea seems to be that no confidence proposals, if any, will be deferred till the debate on the Publio Works Statment
