STRATION.
London, November 6 — Allman, ono of the ringleaders afc the Trafalgar Square demonstration yesterday, has been arrested.
STANLEY'S EXPEDITION.
Latest advices from the West Coa9t of Africa report that on August the Bth Stanley was advancing direct upon Albert Nyanza, and hoped to communicate with Emm Bey on the 15th. He reports that Iho expedition were wearied and straggling, but that he himself was confident of success. The natives who were met with were peacefully disposed towards the expedition.
EMPEROR WILLIAM'S HEALTH.
Bebiin, November 6— The latestbulletin rogarding the health of Emperor William states that His Imperial Majesty is recovering slowly, but the greatest care is enjoined by his physicians.
THE PRENTOH WAR OFFICE SCANDAL.
Pabis, Novombor G— Tho Chamber of Deputies yesterday passed a resolution, by a large majority, calling for an extensive anquiry- into tho recent scandal, and demanding an investigation into the transactions of tho War Office for tho past ten years. The Government opposed the resolution, and would not deal with the subject as a Cabinet question.
