London, May 12— In the Houae of Commons last night the Eeoond section of the Irish Crimes Bill was adopted after the o'oture had been again applied.
STATE-AIDED COLONISATION.
An informal meeting of tho delegates to the Imperial Conference was held to-day, when the subject of colonisation waa discussed. Sir S.^Griffith (Queensland), Sir Dillon Bell, Sir William Fitzherbert (New Zealand), and Mr John Forrest took part in the debate, and concurred in the opinion that Colonial Governments had done all thoy oould to induce farm labourers to emigrate. It rested with the Imperial Government to adopt practical meaaures to induce emigiation, ivh'ch wonld be to their own interest.
THE DEMAND ON HAYII.
It ia announced that tho Government of Hayti havo paid a po tion of the claim mado by the British Govornment, and have promised that the balance will be paid,
ILLNESS OF COUNT BISIIAKCK.
Berlin, M«y 10— Count Herbert Bismarck, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, has bten ordered by his medical adviaer to take complote roßt for a time. Ho will shortly proceed to Dublin on a visit to the Marquia of Londonderry, Viceroy of Ireland.
