Their decision upon all points in connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. — AH entries to be sealed and addressed to the Seoretary, Wanganui, entrance money enclosed, with name, age at time of entry, pedigree, and, in case of handicaps, performances of the horse, name of the owner, and colours of the rider. — Any jockey riding except in the colours entered, will be fined 2 boys — When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing colour must be worn, — All persons intending to withdraw horses are required to give notice to the Secretary or Clerk of the Scales oue half •hour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine of 6 soys to the Race Fund. — All entries should be made on the Club's printed form of entry, which may bo obtained at the office of the Seoretary. — All races will be run under the New Rules of Racing.— Horsas walking over will only receive half the stakes, — No nomination or acceptance will be received on any pretence whatever, unless aotually acoompanied by the necessary amount payable.
